Configurations & Options
The product family includes multiple beam lengths, under-beam clearances, and capacities ranging from light-duty to heavy industrial lifting applications. Optional stationary leg kits are available for facilities that require a semi-permanent crane installation. Compatible with a variety of hoists and trolleys (which can be ordered seperately), these cranes can be configured to meet specific operational requirements while maximizing productivity and lifting efficiency. Unit comes standard four (4) position locking swivel casters with roller bearings (2K units have glass filled nylon casters. 4K-8K units have phenolic casters. 10K model has steel casters). The rigging locks in 1 of 4 positions; you can set the wheels and push the gantry crane forward, back, left or right. The fixed height design allows for constant use in a particular setting without the need to maneuver the overall height of the unit.
All units comply with applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910 179, ASME B30 17, ANSI Z535 4 specifications
